n a small saucepan over medium heat, toast 1tsp mustard seeds until they pop. Add 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup champagne vinegar, 1tsp salt, 3/4 cup water, 1 1/4 cups raisins and some black pepper then bring to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes until liquid is reduced by half and raisins are plump. Jar and cool slightly before serving with your #CypressGrove Humboldt Fog
