Lamb Keema

1.5 lb. Ground Lamb
2= Tsp Olive Oil
1= Onion
1= Tsp Ginger
1= Tsp Garlic
1= Tsp Coriander Powder
1= Tsp Cumin Powder
1= Tsp Black Pepper
1= Tsp Salt to taste
1= Tsp Red Crushed Pepper
1= Tsp Garam Masala
2= Tbsp. Cilantro

Put Olive oil into a pan and heat
Add Garlic and ginger and then onion.
When they are translucent add the lamb and mix. Add remaining spices mix and completely cook down.
Add cilantro and let it wilt at the end.
