Запеченая картошка с розмарином

Картошка готовится вместе с ногой ягненка. Получилась очень вкусная и я решила сохранить себе рецепт с тем, чтобы повторять без ноги. По-мне так с салатом само то, никакого мяса к ней не нужно.
8 6- to 7-ounce Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled, halved lengthwise
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
Place potatoes in large bowl. Add 1/4 cup oil and 2 tablespoons chopped rosemary. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; toss to coat.
Поставьте оven temperature to 350°F. Arrange potatoes, cut side down, in roasting pan. Roast 40 minutes. Using spatula, carefully turn potatoes over. Roast until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes longer.
